EDIT: I should add that this eBay seller makes really good balanced cables, and is probably cheaper than BJC.

Not a fan of Monoprice XLR cables. Their XLR connectors have some thick paint (appears powder coated) applied to them. One cable barely fit in my male and female Neutrik panel mount. On another cable I had to shave off the paint on both the male and female connector to fit.

I don't see why they don't just leave them bare, it would save them money too.

The heels 6 guy is really easy to work with on custom stuff. He made me a 4 pin xlr headphone extension for sub BJC price
