Spent the day in Illinois. Short client meeting but hung out in Hinsdale the rest of the day. Found a great beer/wine store, Whole Foods here has a whole FFF beer section, great butcher shop with Prime Brisket, found a decent home audio shop and two decent bike shops.  Have not found guitar or camera shops but I am sure they are here.  Ferrari dealer is 2 blocks from the house so I take that as a good sign.

Sounds like you've found your neighborhood.

Nice place! I spent many hours drooling in their Evanston store when I was a poor college student.

Wow!

Nice catch. I'd love to have an app that reminds me when my odo is about to turn a milestone.

Happy Colonoscopy Prep Day to me....

Water, tea, green Jell-O on the menu today, before guzzling some massive water-powder-mix to cleanse me for my Alien Probe tomorrow.

Fun.....

I got to assist on one day before. It was quite the learning experience. They really are essential screenings as mammograms are for breast cancer.

I hope everything comes out alright.

Not entirely sure about this phrasing.

The "cleanse" portion was definitely the worst part of the whole experience. Good luck Todd!

You guys had me laughing so hard liquid almost came out of my.....uhhhhhm, never mind.

Dusty: my boss already played the puns with "Game of Thrones" and your same wish.....

And Iain: I'll PM you the pics, with the doctor's autograph.  Thankfully, this time my head will be out of there

That stuff is awesome compared to the barium (sp?) contrast stuff. Plus the one I used has a punny name - GoLytely.

That's what I have, Marc.  And it AIN'T lightly.....:D  But yeah, I've heard some horror stories about the barium drinks.

We used to have a dog with lots of GI problems and he had to swallow barium a couple of times. The pure white poops were disturbing.

I can imagine -- it'd be like photoshop or Knucks with his infrared camera, except dog poop and real life!

Yeah, I'm staying away from that shit...
