Fondant Potatoes Not pictured are the short ribs that are resting, having come off of the smoker approximately 30 minutes ago. Dinner should wrap together nicely at 7pm.

The strawberries are out of season and not very nice. The cantaloupe isn't much better. About time to change back to rolled oats, yoghurt and (frozen) berries.
