On the subject of death and Facebook...

A junior here at school passed away last night. Didn't really know of him beforehand and never met him, but I'm finding myself a bit surprised at my reaction. It feels very relative to me. This kid was posting on Facebook yesterday, and now he's dead. It makes me want to leave this place and see my girlfriend and family right now.

Just saw the website post. Sorry for your loss Shelly, I'm sure he will be missed.

Received a call this morning from Midwest Client Consultants, they reviewed my application & resume I sent last week and scheduled me for an interview with their executive director on Thursday. This will be my first interview for a full-time job.
