Spent the day taking care of Ben by myself for the first time (Meaghan had to go to California for a family emergency). Going well so far. Fun times.

Stay calm, swear when necessary and above all sleep whenever the opportunity presents itself!

Chris, I am sure you know this but you see the little box in the lower left hand corner of this picture?

The "22-37 lbs" refers to baby size not diaper capacity.

Picked up my car after it had been in a shop for the last 4 weeks. It's good to finally have my own car back.

You actually made me straight up LOL with that one.

In other news USCIS finally scheduled my test to become a US Citizen. It will be an awesome Christmas present!

In the middle of building 4 Quidditch goals.

Raked/sucked up leaves and pine needles before the forecasted white bullshit.

This is what I should've done but didn't.

?? Do you have flying brooms too?

Took my son to his soccer game today, froze our behinds off. Good game, though; even without two of their top players, we won 6-0 and Andrew got a nice goal....

Also had the intention of doing some leaf-cleaning, but errands took longer and the rain came quicker than I thought. Turned to all snow, accumulating somewhat eagerly now.....

Watching ther Bruins meltdown....again undecided.gif

It will be muggle quidditch for 7 and 8 year olds. So no flying brooms and no wooden rods that can be used as bludgeons.

I wonder if he has flying balls.

The secret to my popularity.

A bunch of stuff with my GFs family today. Never understood mother-in-law jokes until recently.

Highlight was spending time inside Richard Sierra's Sequence sculpture.*

Day 2 of the flu. I've had every symptom. To top it off, apparently from low fluid levels, I fainted and hit my head on the tile floor. I now have a real, live bloody scar with 7 stitches for Halloween. woo.

I hate when that happens.

Get Well!

That sucks! Get better soon!

Woke up to find our street no longer listed on utility company's outage map. Drive over there in the morning before work to find out the power is still out. On the way to work, I realized my iPhone's power button is not working - hopefully I can get to an Apple store soon.

Sorry to hear about the flu and face plant Brian. Hopefully both will heal soon.

Hope your power and power button issues resolve quickly, Haj.
