Great movie. I can't think of any reason why anyone shouldn't see this flick. It took me a little while to see it, because when it was first recommended to me it was called a "dark comedy". And while in general I like "dark comedy", sometimes I find the term "dark comedy" actually means "boring" and "not funny" (think Death To Smoochy). Lots of fantastic acting, from the oldest actor (heroin using grandpa played by the always kick ass Alan Arkin) to the youngest actor (little girl, character named Olive), the characters are all real and engaging. This morning I was watching "Wright Brothers: First in Flight", an interesting, historical TV show. I highly recommend it if you are at all interested in flight and/or history. After their first successful flight, they walked 4 miles to telegraph the news back to Dayton, OH. I wondered why they walked. It was 1903 so I can believe that they didn't have an automobile and there probably wasn't a suitable road for one on Kitty Hawk. But why didn't they have horses or a wagon? Then I remembered that they were bicycle builders. So my question of the day is "Why didn't the Wright brothers ride bicycles to the telegraph office?

When plugging in headphones the external speakers, ''as you all know'' cut off and the sound automatically goes through the headphones I currently have a Denon AVC A1SE, of which I intend to keep hold of, so do I place a headphone jack adaptor in the socket, and connect the headphone amp into the analogue inputs, unless the amp has Digital Coax / or fiber optic....will this be correct.…
