I have a pair here. I'm really digging the Utopia's in my system. Really hard to find any major faults with them. They are so detailed, yet all types of recordings are listenable and I can play music on them for hours without fatigue. I haven't had this much fun with a headphone since first listening to ps-1's. Biggie.

It's interviewing season here so I expect I will gain at least 10 pounds in the next couple of months. Can't complain about the good free food though. Can't speak for Biggie, but I'd agree more with his description of the PS-1 as "fun" as opposed to "good", or maybe good fun. But they're definitely not neutral if that is a big part of your 'good' equation. I do enjoy them a ton for them for what they are, but for me anyway, they're a very mood and music sensitive listen.

Received a phone call from Mark ( the Guy that did the repair ) saying my 009's have been fitted with a new cable and should be with me tomorrow. Now I don't know what the cost is because when I asked to pay he said an invoice will be in with the 009's. When I asked why he didn't want payment straight away, he said before making it he'd prefer I try my 009's out for a week to make sure I'm happy, then if happy make the repair cost. Very trustworthy policy, IMO.

Don't get me started on that drivel but we are indeed ready and waiting!!! We have a fabulous viking ship...

I've been watching all seasons of Discovery channels Vikings. While nobody can argue that Ragnar Lothbrok isn't one tough son of a gun, he and others are not without their weaknesses. I'm compiling these weaknesses, and when I'm ready, my well trained army and I will invade with a shock and awe campaign, the likes of which your Viking tribes have never seen before.
