June 29, 2025Jun 29 Looks like conventional armies are dead. Between Ukraine and Isreal's tactics, tanks have become deathtraps. Drones,shoulder fired weapons, and sneaky tricks seem to be the winning move. $$$ stuff like ships,aircraft and armor no longer mean success. If you can knock out a multimillion dollar aircraft or tank with a $50,000 shoulder weapon or a couple thousand dollar drone, all those big ticket defense contracts become worthless. The USMC has already made a big Change by phasing out tanks. Hard to say if the US army will follow suite. The same type of attack used to take out Iranian leaders and air defenses can be used against any country including ours. I'm pretty sure it's keeping people In high places awake at night.
