Ugh, and a big get well soon to those with all those with the doctor's visits and sickness. I've also had a rough cold this week with on and off fevers and loss of appetite, yesterday especially was not fun.

Tried to review couple of documents that were due to me at 9am yesterday, only to find they're not complete. It's my fault for not getting around to checking them yesterday, but it's still aggravating.

Installed the left fan in my MacBook pro.

Took Lily to her first haircut which consequently meant that she got her first lollypop. She did much better than expected.

Went out to Tree Top Park in West Broward County to participate in Water Matters Day, a "tree hugger" event where conservation, and "green" alternatives are presented to the public at large. We (City of Fort Lauderdale) had a pavilion w/ a presentation.

Water Matters

Woke up to a power failure, which lasted approximately 2 hours. When the power came back on half an hour ago, my new stove (purchased on Monday) started beeping. None of its controls respond, and NOTHING WILL STOP THE BEEPING short of throwing the breaker in the basement. Both of Frigidaire's support #s are not answering the phone monkey at the appliance store knew nothing. I am now without a stove for the indefinite future, and have no recourse until Monday morning. I am going to stage a mini-Columbine massacre, BRB.

Got the electrical shit working on my CB360 rebuild.

Just came back from a 7-hour childbirth class at a local hospital. It wasn't as informative/helpful as we had hoped. At least we got to tour the maternity ward and whatnot again.

Replaced the turntable motor on the microwave.

Had my first FiveGuys burger today. Through grease and bacon, I have now transcended time and space.

Just found out the vent pipe in the kitchen ceiling has been very slowly leaking, damaging one of the new cabinets that were installed only couple of months ago. Fuck, fuck, fuck.

Spent the day buying paint and using said paint in the master bedroom and living room in my new place. Painting sucks.
