Never mind... on Shm-SACD last night

 

 

Holy guacamole does the Shm-SACD sound great.

 

This is seriously the best I've ever hear the album. It blows the redbook CD completely out of the water. The separation between the instruments and the clarity of Rotten's vocals is miles ahead of any version of this album I've ever heard. I don't have vinyl, but I have to imagine this is as close to the vinyl sound that I'm going to get.

 

Highly recommended.

Good lord. Hearing this for the first time tonight. Best binaural recording I've ever heard. Blows the Chesky stuff away... seven or eight bucks used at Amazon is just ridiculous.

LITE - Installation. Haven't listened to any math rock in ages. I like that this is a bit more electronic/progressive than some of their earlier stuff I've heard.

 

It's been a freaky weird day, lots of odd things and odd behavior with systems and people.  So had to listen to a little Fred Lane
