Frank: Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time. We were out at the Olive Garden for dinner, which was lovely.

January 3, 201115 yr Nice! On that note, got the two de Beriot pieces and the Concerto seems easier. Wait, didn't you say that? Anyways, also got some Salchow rosin that I might just prefer over my previous Guilliume rosin.
January 3, 201115 yr Yeah I think I did say that. Cool, any specifics as to why you like it more? I use Sartory rosin, which is fitting, and haven't really experimented after that. I don't like anything that's too gummy.

January 4, 201115 yr Put away all the house christmas decorations and the tree. Cleared out the store and the attic, reorganised all of the shelves drawers and the like. Moved my brew stuff back inside. Couldn't find my tub of VWP.
January 4, 201115 yr Was visited by some friends from Boston, who took me out to dinner. Bought a bottle of Scotch. Hung out with said friends, drinking said whiskey copious amounts of smack. Now sobering up a bit so I can go pick up [wah wah guitar]

January 4, 201115 yr I replaced the toilet in my master bathroom. 2 piece toilets are a giant pain in the ass, but everything seems functional now. Kohler Wellwood, for $128, it's a 1.26 gpf toilet that does a better job than my previous 1.6 gpf toilet. A MUCH better job.
January 5, 201115 yr I also like that Kohler uses three tank to bowl bolts, instead of the standard two.
January 5, 201115 yr Over the last 2+ days I've spent 5+ hours on the phone with our tech folks only to have them break my machine worse than it was before. FML
January 5, 201115 yr Found out my the result of my traffic hearing. Guilty, no suspension, 4 points and a $603 fine. Yipee!
January 5, 201115 yr My speeding days are over for a while. For now on I set the cruise control at the limit when on the highway. I think I may send the radar detector back as I shouldn't need it and if I do get pulled over it will probably just piss the cop off. I haven't had a point on my license in 30 years.
January 5, 201115 yr My radar detector has saved me mostly from photo radar and the occassional late night speed trap. It's definitely saved me the $200 it cost me
January 5, 201115 yr I just found out my friends Josh and Gina now have a baby girl, Ella Rebecca Moulton Born 1/3/11 at 11:58 am 7 pounds 1.5 ounces, 20 inches long. Little brat stole my birthday!
