I donated a knife and $300 gift certificate I bought at toorknives.com to the Green Beret Foundation, to raffle off to raise money for the them. The GBF said up a classy.org page to buy a ticket. I asked Toor to do this since they have 11K followers on IG compared to my 54 and would better be able to promote it. They are a veteran owned small business and make some cool fixed knives. I then contacted GBF and they agreed to set up a donation page and promote it on social media. I just learned of this site tonight at the head-fi meet, as jay casually mentioned it. Then I see he's got hundreds of posts here, and there are a bunch of other guys I recognize from head-fi! So last night I went to my wife's office Christmas party. There I met her supervisor and the supervisor's husband who also works there....yeah, he and his wife work together. Turns out she was his assistant until she got pregnant....then she was promoted and became his wife. Allright guys, we have an issue. Morph has kind of been messing with our channel politics, yelling at us for banning spammers, linking whatever, and acting how we want. He's a good guy, but it's gone way too far. I don't know if you've noticed or not, but some people's auto-ops have been taken away... So we might end up having to pull a Reks and move it somewhere else. I have a pretty capable (but kind of empty) network going on, so we could easily move it there for the time being. We knew what we were buying and we bought it anyway, now the wallpaper has to come down - 70% 0f all walls are covered in some form and I want to do this once only if possible. I have seen scrapers/scourers, steamers etc If you have useful advise , glad to hear it.
