Thanks for your kind words. The service itself was very nice. Having to stand in line with the rest of the family and shake hands with all 150 attendees afterward was grueling in the extreme. My stepfather was a minister and profession of religion, as well as a WWII vet. He touched a lot of lives in his 85 years , and people came from all over the country to attend the memorial. It was touching that they were all there, but by the time I got done greeting up, the catering staff were packing up the hors d'oeuvres. :palm:
