I didn't leave the lights (interior or exterior) on, and the car has less than 700 miles one it. Most likely I will be webcasting from home this evening. I'm having it towed to the dealership this morning, where I will no doubt spend most of the day cooling my heels. Maybe I'll spend it listening to the Happy Mondays. I guess I am going to have to use lots of butter/oil in the beginning. How long until it is "stable"? Also, WTF is with this weather??? We are on our Spring Break (one week later than usual even) and I woke up to 26 degrees this morning. I am sure that is quite balmy for the folks north of here, but I live in Houston and it's March! Should be pretty obvious what happened. My agent said to file a claim directly against her policy. I spoke to the insurance company yesterday and again today to confirm my version of the story. They're still waiting to hear back from the other party. She actually was a nice 19 year old girl with her little sister. At the time of the accident, she came right out and said she was so sorry, then called her Dad to ask what to do. Dad said to file a police report, and I agreed.
