October 31, 201114 yr comment_477781 NP guys... I download tons of stuff. BBC is about 25% of my 750G per month. Plus I share a lot which also counts against me. Also there are no problems until I get a call... Cheers, Report

November 1, 201114 yr comment_477979 Well at home we have a 3mbit dsl line. So that never gets used for my purposes. The connection would need to be used 24/7 and with no one else being able to use the Internet. Most of the bit movement happens at school. Any way to monitor usage on my laptop itself without bogging the system down? Report

March 15, 201214 yr comment_503962 I think Comcast games the system with their initial burst speeds but I generally do get around 3MB/sec sustained speeds. It costs an arm and a leg though. Report
March 16, 201214 yr comment_503976 Recently upgraded at work . That's not the true throughput, as its managed locally for "fairness" , so that's just my symmetrical slice o'the pie, but that is a tasty ping. Report
March 16, 201214 yr comment_503981 Finally, I am giving Nate a run for his money. Take that Time Warner, hello Fios. Report
March 16, 201214 yr comment_503990 Wish I had some newfangled, non-backwoods hick ISP. My option is my local cable provider or Hughes net.... I had to argue to get 10MB... they didn't want to hook me up if I was going to be using it for gaming or downloading movies Report
March 16, 201214 yr comment_504033 Mine is pretty good when it is actually working. Nice speeds Greg. Edited March 16, 201214 yr by shellylh Report
