Just finished watching the women's finals with the Italian fencers Arianna Errigo, Valentina De Costanzo and the Russian Inna Deriglazova. I can't wait for the numerous responses from my fellow HCers. Waiting for Race Imboden to fence tomorrow. Lance has met with Race at both the Anaheim Grand Prix and the US Nationals. A really nice and personable guy. We wish him well.

I haven't finished season one yet. I'm 14 chapters in and am totally addicted. Between this and Halo 3 every muscle in my body with be atrophied by next month. So did anybody catch the season 2 premier yesterday? With out spoiling anything how do you like how the season is starting out?

New HBO series based on Philip Pullman book trilogy. Stars James McAvoy, Ruth Wilson and Dafne Keen. I caught the first episode and will be watching it, even though I haven't read the books.

Anyone else watching this Beau Willimon/David Fincher/Kevin Spacey/Netflix project? They released all 13 episodes up front. Anyway the pilot's goofy ending scene dialog had me scared, but it's picking up.

Okay. I just saw the premiere episode of House last night. It's been a busy week . Well how did you guys like it? It was different without the usual suspects (Foreman, Chase, or Cameron), but it was good. It showed that he really did needs a staff. Also, Wilson was so funny this episode. I like his sarcasm with House about his guitar. Can't wait to watch the next episode. It hasn't aired yet here since I'm 6 hours behind EST. Watch the entire 1st season.....like the storyline. For those who have watched, WTF this Jemma getting a paid sex ? Such a pretty woman ?? I know the end that she wanted to hurt somebody......but with her looks she wouldve no problem doing it. HBO, get a better cast next time.......

Hadn't heard of this show, until Al texted me about it last night. I got sucked in by episode one, with great music and fun characters, so I started watching more tonight. It takes place in London in 1983-88. I just finished, it's only 5 episodes. I feel like I just did a tour on the front lines of a horrible battle. It's not for the faint of heart, but it's the most realistic portrayal of the AIDS epidemic I've seen. It brought up so many memories that I haven't confronted in so long, and friends cut down way too early. A rough ride, but maybe that's what it has to be, to tell the real story.

Anyone else love this show as much as I do? Solid story, great characters and all the conspiracies and suspense you could want. I hope CBS will pick it up for a full season next year as I really think it's one of the best shows on TV.

How many are watching this saga? I think there are some excellent casting choices, great acting, great screenplay and fantastic sets. I love that they chose to go easy on the makeup, and let people sweat as well, it certainly adds to the realism. Any comments?

So Dusty's post about Whedon's upcoming online musical reminded me that I'd yet to track down the trailer for Dollhouse. Has anyone watched this. I saw last weeks episode. I was interested since the character on Rome is on it. I like the premise of the story. I didn't see last nights episode so I have to watch that. In any case the asian chick is HOT. Kind of reminded me of tia carrera (she's from Hawaii ). I'm wondering how he is going to travel now since he loses time in the present while he is time traveling.

Based on an Elmore Leonard character, Raylan Givens, played handily by Timothy Olyphant. Lots of guns, gals, good ol' boys, & drawls, to name a few of the Southern cliches that are unapologetically displayed in extremely charming fashion. Have to admit - Olyphant is charismatic as hell. Think I have a bit of a man-crush. Anyone else catching this new series on FX?

I'm more excited for it than I have been for anything on television this year. This is a new series premiering Sunday on AMC. It's staring Anne Frances Murphy, who played Alexis on Schitt's Creek. Looks to be a Black comedy. Certainly looks to be worth a try.

Anyone excited about this? I'm a bit apprehensive, personally. Firstly, because it's a re-telling of the (biblical) King David. Secondly, it looks like Ian McShane is playing Swearengen sans guttermouth. BUT... as a period piece/alternate reality I have to say, if they can pull it off, it might be bloody great. Is anyone else looking forward to this one?

Does anyone else watch this show? My friend pointed me to it and I got hooked. Watched 1st season and all the episodes from this season in a couple of days. Great story, good writing, and overall very enjoyable show.

Anyone else been watching Leverage? It's a really enjoyable fun show, I'm glad it's been picked up for a 2nd season. Tomorrows season finale should be amazing.

Ok I am hooked on both the US and UK versions of the show, my source for the UK show only has episode 1 and 2. Any people over int he UK or Australia have a way to rent the DVDs and convert them to AVI files for me. I'll pay for the DVDs and shipping and we can work out anythings additional if required. Anyway I really like the concept but I am a sucker for cops shows and with the sci fi twist it is a winner for me. The 1973 NYC vibe is a nice touch as well being from NY anyway. Any other fans of the show out there?

Anyone else watching this show? I am mostly enjoying it so far. Dark with enough violence to keep me interested. I am hoping it keeps heading in that direction and does not get soft to attract more viewers.

This is actually pretty good. The premise is that a wiseguy turns informant, then goes into protective custody, where he picks Lillihammer as his new home, because he thought it was beautiful on TV, during the 94' Olympics. Steven Van Zandt stars and is one of the executive producers.

Lost has been an odd show for me, I really liked the first season, hated the second season and liked most of the third season after the first few episodes. So far in season four I've been really happy with where the show is going. All the drama, tension and intrigue that first made me a fan is back and honestly so far I think season 4 is shaping up to be the best yet.

I've been a fan of Louie CK for quite some time. Even his failed TV Series of a similar name to the current FX show now titled "Louie". The latest Episode #2 of Season 4 was simply brilliant. The most hysterically uncomfortable show ever.
