RIP Matt. I only met you in person a few times but you were one of the good ones and will be missed.

For those that don't know, or were wondering why the Black band across the Head-Case logo, we lost one of our own last Friday. He went by NightWoundsTime on the forum, but he was Matt or Matt the younger to most of us that knew him. He was definitely one of the good ones, with a heart bigger than either state I've lived in. He was far too young and far too loved to leave so soon.

He will not be forgotten!

Thanks Steve. Didn't have the privilege of meeting him.

RIP Matt the Younger.

Goodbye Matt, you will be missed.

Matt was one of those persons that was real and easy to talk with. He always made me feel at ease around him - like I had been friends with him all my life. He was a really great guy and I will miss him immensely. RIP Matt, you will never be forgotten.

^This. Matt just seemed to take and appreciate people for who they were. Didn't judge. Unless they were total assholes. The world was a better place with him in it.

It always felt to me like Matt didn't make new friends. Because everyone was already his friend. I imagine it's possible to get out of his good graces, but I don't think I ever saw it happen. He brought people together, was the glue for a lot of gatherings. We'll all have to step up a bit more and bring Matt out in our own lives.

You both said it better than I ever could. RIP Matt. You'll be missed.

Really wish I could have met him, he sounds like a great guy!

RIP Matt. Waaay too young to be saying that ... :(

I think I only conversed with him online 2 or 3 times over at H-F some time ago, and never got to meet him in person. And I'm sorry I didn't get that chance.... RIP Matt.....

RIP Matt. I met him back in 2008 on the annual Florida Meet. He was extremely friendly and heartwarming. We spent half and hour talking about his SP MPX3 and Sennheiser HD650 headphone. He is way too young to have this happened to him. You will be dearly missed Matt.

BTW, can we all chip in and send his family a flower or something?

Please keep us posted. I'm in with whatever we are planning to do to honor him.

I never got to meet him, but I appreciated his presence here, and will miss that. RIP Matt.

I just don't know what to say, Matt was such a nice and gentle person. The few times we met he was always a gentleman and friendly to the extreme. This feels so wrong to loose someone of his caliber at such an early age. May he rest in peace.
