Attempted, and failed miserably, to fix our printer after it died in middle of a print job for our daughter.  I should have figured its demise was near when its wifi module failed few weeks ago.  At least it lasted us almost 7 years.

I just thought it was charming that there is such a thing as a homeless couple.

 

That was my final take of the incident:  it was a love story.

I also had few not-so-cheap ink cartridges that I had bought from HP couple of weeks ago that I never got a chance to use.  Much to my surprise, HP customer service refunded my full purchase price and just told me to keep the cartridges.

Jacob, so many fun bars are in German Village (well, were a couple decades ago).

Here: first day of serious sofa shopping (figured we needed more than two chairs in the house). So many beautiful chairs out there. So few beautiful couches.

We got this chef's knife as a wedding present in 1991 and it just broke after 24 years of use I mailed it off to Wusthof for replacement. That's pretty good customer service.

Pretty amazing.

I just setup my Oppo BDP-95 to use DLNA streaming from JRiver on my PC. That was like the easiest shit in the world. My entire library now available to stream to the home theater. Don't know why I never did this.
