A couple of things in Mikey's favor are the sheet vinyl and cove base. Much easier to remove than tile. My guess, from the picture, is that patching the floor sub-floor will be all that's necessary. And a seam in the bumper that's well known for catching crap and developing some rust also got some much needed attention. It looks much better.
