March 16, 201610 yr Thanks Guys! Had a nice relaxing day mixed with a few errands - I went to the watchmaker to pick up a watch that was being regulated, who also changed a couple of watch straps and sized my son's watch bracelet for him. He'll have my Snoopy Award birthday-Omega appraisal done soon. I shipped an Omega Aqua Terra to it's new owner who's helping pay for Snoopy. I weighed in at my nutritionist on the body composition analyzer, and at 212 pounds my body fat is down from 84 lbs to 58 lbs since October, and I'm only 12 lbs away from my end goal of 200. Losing 30 lbs in 6 months makes it easier to walk on my bad leg too. Went to have a nice dinner despite the calories, and then home to watch my favorite recorded shows and now reading this before bed.
