I donated a knife and $300 gift certificate I bought at toorknives.com to the Green Beret Foundation, to raffle off to raise money for the them. The GBF said up a classy.org page to buy a ticket. I asked Toor to do this since they have 11K followers on IG compared to my 54 and would better be able to promote it. They are a veteran owned small business and make some cool fixed knives. I then contacted GBF and they agreed to set up a donation page and promote it on social media. I thought I start a new thread about what you did today to get to know some of the head casers a little better . It could be anything from saying that you did nothing, exercising, walked the dog, listened to music all day long, went to the park, went to a party, went out for dinner, read my book, etc. I'll start off. Today I had a day off . First off I played with my son, watched the movie "Cars" again, lol. Then I ran on the treadmill and did some aerobic training. Now I'm listening to my HF-1s on the Beta 22. Unfortunately, it was people with attitudes like that which got us the idiot we've had now for 7 years. Don't misunderstand, I know what you are saying but at least there are two candidates that will do things a bit differently than they've been done for the last 7 years. Again, not perfect but certainly an improvement. Sorry, I didn't mean to jump on you like that but I hate when I hear people talk like this because if something doesn't change, things will be even worse than they are now, especially if a Republican gets to appoint more Justices to the Supreme Court.

I think it's about time to get a new mattress. I am having to sleep on my back because of my shoulder issues our bed is 9 years old. So I feel that it is not giving me the support I need (my back has been feeling sore and achey for one reason or another). I was looking at memory foam mattresses (firm or med-firm) but I am just not sure that is the way to go. We are probably going to do that or a good/firm spring mattress. We were happy with our Simmons Beautyrest for many years but the foam topping isn't holding up anymore on my side. Thoughts? I know some people here love their memory foam mattresses.
