I was going to start this thread a few times, and think of doing so every time I find something I use daily or near daily, and it makes me very very happy each time, like my JH13s and ipod, or Tabasco Sauce. Unfortunately, it was people with attitudes like that which got us the idiot we've had now for 7 years. Don't misunderstand, I know what you are saying but at least there are two candidates that will do things a bit differently than they've been done for the last 7 years. Again, not perfect but certainly an improvement. Other site does this and I think it's great for the community. Maybe some of us feel too rebellious to just lift the idea but - that'd be retarded. This whole Connecticut shooting today really has my hackles up. Just wanted to let everyone know that Larry and his daughter were in a terrible car accident this week. Another driver approaching Larry from the opposite direction lost control of his vehicle when both were approaching a previous crash site. The oncoming driver crossed the highway in front of Larry's car and they collided at high speed.Both Larry and his daughter survived but sustained several major injuries. Luckily for them, the EMS folks were literally mins away at the previous crash site and were treating their injuries almost immediately. hi there i don't know if it's a taboo question, but was just wondering how come this place isn't ever mentioned on head-fi? am i missing something? is it supposed to be private only (i read some archives and noticed it was invite only at one stage) the reason i ask is that before i read the wikipedia article on headphones (of which this forum is linked, so it mustn't be that private) i had no idea this place existed and it seems like a great place when head-fi's a bit too much. i'd like to continue hanging here so before i get too carried away i just wanted to understand how things roll around here could someone please clarify? thanks, dave

After meeting Henry, his brother, then contacting the breeder and seeing his little guy's pics, I knew he was my dog. I don't know how else to explain it, since I'm as surprised as anyone. Apparently, the almuni committee where I work voted, and I was chosen, among a few others, to be in a dunk tank for a fund-raising event tomorrow where alumni, family, and other staff puchase balls to throw. I have just been told I am supposed to heckle the throwers. This is sooooo not my forte.
