Had my annual fish dinner, local restaurant does this great dish with baked fish (used to be catfish, now snapper) in a jambalaya like sauce with andouille sausage, shrimp, and some veggies over rice.  Accompanied by a nice IPA, and apple crisp dessert.

Fat, dumb and happy.  Life is good, especially so for a night.
